The PGS is a tool for good governance which helps the PNP organization to focus on strategy and manage its effective implementation.

The four key indicators of PGS are initiation, compliance, proficiency and institutionalization, with the end view of transforming the PNP into a highly capable, effective and credible police service.

The accomplishments of the PaMaMariSan (Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina and San Juan) as well as DMFB were laudably presented by no less than the Chiefs of Police and Force Commander during the revalida.

With the great leadership PBGEN JOHNSON C ALMAZAN, EPD District Director, PCOL DIGAL is confident that EPD will pass the proficiency evaluation process and will be conferred the proficient status and ultimately get the “Gold Eagle Award”.
