After having complied with the requirements for the initiation and compliance stages, the Eastern Police District is now geared towards completing the third-level “proficiency stage” of the Performance Governance System (PGS). The Panel Composition are as follows: PCOL ERSON U DIGAL, DDDA/ Chairman, EPD TWG; PCOL ORLANDO O YEBRA JR, DDDO/ Vice-Chairman, EPD TWG; PCOL LYNDON A MENCIO, CDDS/ Chief, DPSMU; PCOL RAMCHRISEN V HAVERIA JR, Chief, RLDDD; PCOL AUDIE A VILLACIN, Chief, RPSMD; PLTCOL ROBERT A DELOS REYES, Chief, DInvU; PLTCOL RODRIGO M DE DIOS; Community Religious Sector and the Unit Advisory Council.
The PGS is a tool for good governance which helps the PNP organization to focus on strategy and manage its effective implementation.
The four key indicators of PGS are initiation, compliance, proficiency and institutionalization, with the end view of transforming the PNP into a highly capable, effective and credible police service.
The accomplishments of the PaMaMariSan (Pasig, Mandaluyong, Marikina and San Juan) as well as DMFB were laudably presented by no less than the Chiefs of Police and Force Commander during the revalida.
